* Baião is a North-east typical folk dance, whose rhythm is part of the local music culture, particularly of Ceará.
** Baião de dois, which may be translated baião for two, is a popular dish that is basically made with rice and beans, dried meat, butter and queijo coalho (typical North-east curdy cheese), which stich together like a couple dancing the baião.
