In an audacious event promoted by the Território Aprazível, where artisan brewers were awarded for the first time, we received samples from all over Brazil.
After many tastings accompanied by top brewery masters, the first venture was Pale Ale, with a balance between malt and hop bitterness and notes of caramel and light fruits. Next, came Pilsen (or bohemian pilsner), winner of the National Contest of Aprazível's Beer, a light, refreshing and dry-in-the-mouth drink. Another champion, Witbier, a Belgian-style wheat beer, marked by the tropicality of the touch of coriander, orange and tangerine peels, also entered in the portfolio, as did Session IPA, which has low alcohol and evident bitterness, yet moderate, perfect to be taken unhurriedly, in many glasses.
In 2019, we launched Extra Witbier, a perfect combination of orange and tangerine peels, coriander seeds and the creativity of the Cervejaria Aprazível team.
They all are unique beers that were born champions. You need to come and taste them.
