“Our version is from grandmother's recipe, baked in a special stove back-in-time. Made with cassava flour from Minas Gerais. With home-made sausage is a must.”

* pão de queijo translates as cheese bread, but has nothing of commonly-known bread. It resenbles a choux, although heavier and chewy, but made with special cassava flour, cheese and eggs. Very typical of Minas Gerais.
